About Us

Who We Are

Eenfontein is a proudly Namibian service provider, established in 2018. Since our inception, we have delivered tailored solutions in fleet management, logistics and distribution, project management, travel services, and training management.

Our adaptability and commitment to understanding our clients’ needs have enabled us to forge strong partnerships across the tourism industry, government, and private sectors. Eenfontein is a fully Namibian-owned and BEE-compliant company, dedicated to excellence in all we do.

Our certified drivers, disciplined PM program, and KPI reporting have enabled ~1,000,000 km incident-free performance while we progress toward ISO 9001 certification.

Our Mission

To be Namibia’s most trusted oil & gas fleet partner— setting the benchmark for safe, on-time transport through ISO-aligned quality systems and IOGP-grade practices.

Our Vision

We move people and critical equipment safely and on schedule by combining rigorous journey management, a tiered preventive-maintenance program, real-time IVMS monitoring, and transparent KPIs—backed by guaranteed substitutions and proactive renewal at 150,000 km.

Working Process

  • Monitor (Daily)
Pre/post-trip checks; clock-in/out, odometer and fuel captured and digitized the same day. Real-time IVMS/GreenRoad monitors speed, location, and seatbelt use; drivers log in with unique ID tags.

  • Maintain (Tiered PM)
PM-A (daily visuals), PM-B (weekly deep-dive), PM-C (monthly: oil/filters, telematics review), PM-D (quarterly major + COF). If maintenance exceeds 2 days, a substitute vehicle is provided at no extra cost.

  • Review KPIs
Dashboards track 98% availability, <1% unscheduled breakdowns, 95% PM compliance & on-time dispatch. Shortfalls kick off a 30-day corrective action plan with root-cause analysis.

  • Inspect (Weekly)
Monday toolbox meeting: JMC & Ops run fleet spot- checks, reconcile logs vs. tracker data, and issue a Weekly Report with any non-conformities and deadlines.

  • Escalate 24/7
Always-on WhatsApp/phone reporting. Safety/mechanical defects trigger immediate hold and deployment of a substitute unit to protect uptime.

  • Renew (150,000 km Policy)
Like-for-like replacement at 150,000 km (or earlier if CPM ceilings are exceeded, ≥2 safety-relevant breakdowns in 90 days, >2% downtime, or repairs >80% of FMV). Target 48- hour turnaround; aged vehicles get denser PM cadence.
